Terms of service

সংক্ষেপে: মাসে মাসে সার্ভিস, অগ্রিম পেমেন্ট, কোনো লম্বা চুক্তি নেই। পরের মাস শুরুর ৭ দিন আগে জানালেই বন্ধ। বিজ্ঞাপনের টাকা আপনি সরাসরি Meta-কে দেন। লাইক/ফলোয়ার/বিক্রির কোনো গ্যারান্টি নেই।

1. The service

We provide the deliverables listed for your chosen plan on our Pricing page (posts, Reels, replies, ads management and reporting) each monthly period.

2. Payment

• Fees are paid monthly in advance. Work for a month starts after payment is confirmed.
• UK/US: bank transfer via Payoneer. Bangladesh: bKash or bank transfer.
• Offers (founding client offer, see section 12; referral: 20% off the next month) apply only when confirmed by us in writing.

3. No long-term contract

Plans run month to month. Cancel by telling us at least 7 days before your next month starts. There are no exit fees. Fees already paid for a month that has started are not refundable, but you keep everything delivered that month.

4. Ad budgets

Your advertising budget is paid by you directly to Meta from your own ad account. We charge no percentage of ad spend. Meta’s own policies and decisions (such as ad approvals) are outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

• Give us partner access to your page via Meta Business Suite. We never ask for passwords.
• Provide accurate information, prices and offers, and photos/videos you have the right to use.
• Approve or comment on the monthly content plan in reasonable time.

6. Results

We don’t guarantee specific numbers of likes, followers, leads or sales. We commit to doing the agreed work consistently and reporting honestly with your page’s real data.

7. Content ownership

Designs, captions and edited Reels made for you are yours to use. We may show work as a portfolio example only with your written permission.

8. Ethics

We never use fake followers, bought engagement or fake reviews, and we may decline work that breaks Meta’s policies or the law.

9. Add-ons and one-off projects

Monthly add-ons (such as Local SEO, blog posts, newsletters and Instagram plans) follow the same month-to-month terms. One-off projects (such as websites, landing pages, Google Business Profile set-up and audits) are priced as published, paid upfront, and include one round of revisions unless agreed otherwise in writing. Websites are hosted in your name and you own them.

10. Dollar Boost (Bangladesh clients only)

• You pay in BDT by bKash or bank transfer, 100% upfront, before ads start. Minimum $10 per order.
• We fund your Facebook/Instagram ads from our card at the published per-dollar rate shown on our site at the time you pay (VAT and card charges included).
• We send a spend report with Ads Manager screenshots. Budget already spent is not refundable; any unspent balance can be refunded or carried over on request.
• No guarantee of reach, results or sales. Meta’s advertising policies apply, and ads Meta rejects cannot be run.
• This service is not offered to UK/US clients, who pay Meta directly.

12. Founding client offer

• 20% off the first month only of a monthly plan (not add-ons, one-off projects or ad budget).
• Available to our first 10 paying clients, while spots last; the spots counter on our site shows how many remain.
• Plans stay month to month with no contract. One offer per business; it cannot be combined with other offers.
